Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026
Agreement
These Terms govern access to Synveron websites and products, including MapleConsent, FrancoCheck, PipelineGuard, WorkflowWatch, and future Synveron products unless a product-specific agreement states otherwise. By using a Synveron product, you agree to these Terms.
Marketplace billing and accounts
Many Synveron products are installed through third-party marketplaces such as Shopify or HubSpot. Marketplace authentication, billing, cancellation, refunds, and account administration may also be governed by those marketplace terms. You are responsible for keeping your marketplace account and connected credentials secure.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Synveron products unlawfully or to violate another party's rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, authentication, or billing.
- Do not interfere with service availability or probe systems except through good-faith responsible disclosure.
- Do not upload or transmit malware, secrets you do not have permission to use, or data you are not authorized to process.
Customer data
You retain ownership of your data. You grant Synveron the rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display customer data solely to provide the product, support, security, and legal compliance functions.
Compliance outputs
Synveron products may generate compliance reports, checklists, policy sections, audit records, or readiness scores. These outputs are operational tools, not legal advice, legal representation, or a guarantee of compliance. Review compliance outputs with your legal or professional advisor when the stakes require it.
Availability and changes
Synveron aims to keep products durable and maintained. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a product feature when needed for security, legal compliance, platform changes, or product quality. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate product or marketplace channels.
Fees
Fees are charged according to the plan selected in the relevant marketplace or product billing flow. Unless required by law or marketplace rules, fees are non-refundable once charged.
Warranty disclaimer
Products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Synveron does not warrant that a product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or sufficient for every legal or business requirement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synveron's total liability for claims related to a product is limited to the fees paid to Synveron for that product during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Synveron is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
